Born in 1974 in the South Kazakhstan region. Graduated from Akmola Agricultural Institute. S.Seifullina, Kazakh Humanitarian Law University. Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Career
He began his career in 1996 in the municipal enterprise "Keles" of the Keles district of the South Kazakhstan region.
From 2000 to 2006 he held various positions in the Ministry of Finance, Office of the President.
From 2007 to 2010, he was Deputy Director of the Budget and Finance Departments of the Ministry of Education and Science, Deputy Chairman of the Science Committee.
In 2010 he was appointed Head of the Department National Security Committee.
From 2011 to 2013, he was Deputy Head of the Socio-Economic Department of the Office of the Prime Minister.
In 2013 he was appointed Akim of the city of Shymkent.
From 2015 to 2017, he served as the first deputy akim of the South Kazakhstan region. He was elected as a member of the Senate of the Parliament.
Since March 2019 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since August 31, 2022, he has been appointed Akim of the Turkestan region.
He was awarded the medal "Eren enbegi ushin", the order "Kurmet".
